Educational Recruitment Service
Joseph Myers The Educational Recruitment Service is a clearinghouse for teaching and administrative vacancies. An employment file is established for each applicant when ERS receives a resume. This profile is forwarded, upon request, to participating school districts as vacancies within appropriate certification areas develop. Special attention is given to recruiting culturally and ethnically diverse educators and administrators. Recruitment efforts include shared advertising, recruitment open house, and recruitment trips to key areas in the Northeast. There is no charge to applicants for this service. For districts subscribing to this service, please specify Program #624.
