Bid Notification System NEW!
Western Suffolk BOCES has joined the Empire State Purchasing System for soliciting bids from suppliers. This system will provide companies with convenient online access to all bid information for Western Suffolk BOCES and more than 100 governmental agencies across New York. If you are currently registered as a supplier on this system with another entity, you do not need to register again.

Bid Results
Western Suffolk BOCES posts the bid results at www.empirestatebidsystem.com after the bids have been closed, reviewed and approved by the Board.

| Once the Board of Western Suffolk BOCES has determined that certain equipment and materials are surplus or obsolete and of no use to Western Suffolk BOCES, it approves the disposition of said surplus property during a public meeting. Such items are then placed for sale at GovDeals.com, a liquidity services marketplace. Interested buyers can create an account at that site to search and bid on surplus items from Western Suffolk BOCES and/or other governmental agencies. All sales final. |
