Course of Study
Program Length
• 200 hours
• 140 hrs of classroom instruction
• 60 hours of practical experience in a clinical setting supervised by an RN.
Full-time Day Program
Classes are scheduled to begin approximately every three months. You can complete the program in as few as 2 1⁄2 months.
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–2 PM
Part-time Evening Program
Classes usually begin in September and March of each year. You can complete the program in just six months.
Monday and Wednesday, 5–10 PM
Promotion Policy
Students must achieve a final grade of 80% or better on classroom theory, laboratory and clinical performance. Absences must not exceed 10% of total program hours.
