What Adults Miss: Building Trust and Psychological Safety in Schools 3-hr VIRTUAL workshop facilitated by Kari Horn Lehman – 8:30-11:30am
The research on what keeps educators in the profession, and performing well when they stay, points to one thing more than any other: psychological safety. Yet most leadership training still treats it as a soft skill rather than a core operating practice. This 3-hour session gives leaders a clear, research-grounded framework for building the kind of trust that reduces turnover, strengthens feedback cycles, and changes how people perform. Eligible for 3 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 consortium seat. If district pays, district approved must be confirmed prior to start of session.
