The First Years: Teaching in Real Time – A Collegial Circle consisting of Four 1-1/2 Hour VIRTUAL Sessions facilitated by Nicole Moriarty, Ed.D – 9-10:30am

Starting your teaching career is exciting-but it’s also complex, fast-paced, and often overwhelming. This four-part virtual collegial circle is designed for educators in their first three years who are looking for a space to think, reflect, and grow alongside others doing the same work. Each session provides an opportunity to bring real classroom experiences into conversation, explore challenges collaboratively, and build practical strategies grounded in strong instructional practice. Rather than a traditional workshop, this series creates a supportive, professional learning space where new teachers can make sense of their daily work-planning instruction, responding to student needs, building classroom community, and developing their identity as educators. Participants will leave with greater clarity, actionable next steps, and a stronger sense of confidence and connection as they navigate the early years of teaching. Proof of attendance can be provided per meeting. Zoom link will be provided a couple days before each virtual session. Frontline attendance will be completed after last session. Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 consortium seat. THIS ONE REGISTRATION fee includes all 4 (1-1/2-hour) sessions regardless how many you attend. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
