Just Words *IN PERSON* presented by Karen Lucchese – 8:30-2:30pm

Audience: Teachers grade 4-5, Reading Teachers, Paraprofessionals. This workshop will provide an overview of the Just Words Program. The participants will review the Just Words Instructor Manual so that they will feel confident to teach the units to their students. The participants will review the various Just Words Activities that are connected to the units of study and strategies will be provided to adjust activities to fit the needs of the students. Time will be provided to discuss data based on the assessments and to develop small groups to meet individual needs of all students. In addition, lesson plans and a pacing guide will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their manual to the workshop. Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 Consortium seat. If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
