Through reflection, planning, and collaboration, district and school teams will co-create a customized MTSS Handbook. This foundational guide outlines the procedures, protocols, roles, and communication systems necessary for lasting change.Guiding Questions:-WHAT is MTSS?-WHY are we choosing to practice MTSS?-HOW will we bring MTSS to life in our everyday work?What to Expect:Over two days, your team will:-Build foundational knowledge of the MTSS framework and its components-Align your work with the district’s strategic priorities and current initiatives-Define clear roles and responsibilities across stakeholder groups-Design systems, procedures, and protocols that are ready for real implementation-Strengthen communication structures to support coherence and clarity-Begin drafting your district’s MTSS Handbook with usable, actionable contentNicole partners closely with district teams to honor prior RTI efforts, avoid duplication, and ensure alignment with your goals and community needs.By the end of the series, your team will walk away with:-A shared, grounded understanding of MTSS-A working draft of your district’s MTSS Handbook-Defined and aligned procedures, protocols, and communication tools-Clear expectations for staff roles and responsibilities-Practical tools to support onboarding, professional learning, and system sustainabilityEligible for 12 hours CTLE credit.
