Stronger Classrooms – Practical Moves for Behavior, Engagement, and Teacher Well-Being 3-hour workshop *IN PERSON* facilitated by Kari Horn Lehman – 12-3pm
Classroom management is not a control problem; it is a connection problem. In this high-energy, hands-on session, educators explore how one small shift in how adults respond to student behavior can transform engagement, motivation, and classroom culture. Through interactive activities, participants experience what it feels like to be seen, valued, and safe to take risks, then translate those insights into practical classroom moves they can use the very next day. Eligible for 3 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1 consortium seat. If district pays, district approved must be confirmed prior to start of session.
