Structuring and Developing a WIN Period: Instruction Strategies for Educators *IN PERSON* presented by Jennifer Garmirian, M.Ed – 8:30-2:30pm

This session is designed to help educators design and implement an effective WIN (What I Need) period that delivers targeted, responsive support to all learners. Participants will explore scheduling models, grouping strategies, and instructional routines that align with MTSS and differentiated instruction. The workshop focuses on using data to identify student needs, selecting appropriate interventions or enrichment activities, and creating structures that maximize time on task. Educators will leave with actionable tools to support planning, progress monitoring, and classroom management during WIN time-ensuring it becomes a meaningful part of the instructional day.Eligible for 6 hours CTLE credit. Can use 1-1/2 Consortium seats.If district pays, district approval must be confirmed prior to start of session.
