The School of Cosmetology of Western Suffolk BOCES, located at Wilson Technological Center’s Northport campus, is approved by the New York State Education Department. Those who successfully complete the School of cosmetology at BOCES are, therefore, qualified to sit for the NYS licensing exam in Cosmetology from the Division of Licensing Services at the New York State Department of State.
